Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Your credit/debit card will be authorised when your order is placed and processed but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until the point that they are despatched to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
To place an order you must be aged 18 or over and the credit card must be in your name.

Shipping And Handling
We will dispatch your order on the next working day, subject to stock availability (refer to Back Orders), following receipt of payment. Once your credit card is approved, your order is dispatched direct to your preferred delivery address with a signature required on delivery to ensure safe arrival.
To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses and make one delivery charge per delivery address. A day phone number is required in case we need to contact you.
The delivery charge for UK orders is £6.50 for the first item and an extra £3.00 for each additional item.
For EU and International Delivery Options please email us at info [at] mammafiglia [dot] co [dot] uk to confirm the cost and timescales. If you live outside the EU we will provide you with a quote on extra delivery charges as necessary. You may have to pay some import duty if your delivery address is outside the EU.

Back Orders
As our stock is continually changing your item may need to be ordered from Italy which will delay delivery by approximately 2 weeks. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Every care has been taken to describe items accurately, however slight variations may occur with colour reproduction or text descriptions, to the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the text descriptions, colours or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free.
Your Right to Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Returns Policy
Mammafiglia Ltd will offer you a full refund for unused items returned within 7 working days of delivery. We accept returns if they are unused, in a resalable condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Refunds will be made by the original payment method. Full details on how to do so are included with your order. Goods are returned to Mammafiglia Ltd at your own expense. We recommend recorded post and retaining Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
